Our Private Practice located just outside of Kansas City is looking to hire a CRNA for a permanent call-taking position. NO TRAUMA, NO NICU, NO HIGH RISK OB!
About the CRNA Position
We are a medium-sized, nice community hospital is in a very good location. Physician-directed cases. Ortho, GI, general, some ENT, plastics, urology. Minimal neuro, occasional cardiac (80-100/yr). CRNA’s take call from home. MD’s stay in house, cover OB epidurals (unless CRNA requests to, this is negotiable). Avg work hours btwn 7a-5p are approx 30-33 hrs/wk. Overtime hrs (ANY hours worked after 5p or on weekends) are compensated at $125/hr, plus the 21% retirement/profit sharing on top of that income as well.
On-call is currently every 9 days, guaranteed post-call day off (even if not called in overnight). In all, we have 20 CRNAs, 9 MD’s and function as a team with excellent rapport and a good relationship with the hospital.

Orthopaedic Anesthesia Specialists is currently looking to hire a CRNA to join our growing team in Omaha, Nebraska.
We are primarily an orthopedic and spine surgery facility with a small number of pediatric and adult ENT cases. We have both a large outpatient population as well as 25 inpatient beds. While we do occasional emergency surgeries at night or weekends, our CRNAs only do scheduled cases Monday through Friday. There is NO call, or night/weekend/holiday coverage required.
Allow our CRNAs autonomy to do the majority of cases themselves.
3-4 MDs on site who are available to assist as needed.
Procedures include spinals, airway management and medical management
Compensation and Benefits
Total Compensation package of $206,300 - $208,300
Salary of $158,000 to $162,000 depending upon experience
