Requirements

Valid state dental license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Responsibilities:
Assist dental hygienists with procedures when necessary.
Help with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Order dental supplies and maintain dental equipment inventory
Requirements:
Certified from accredited dental program.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Dental Assisting ( 1 year), preferred.
Experience with Dentrix, Eagle Soft or equivalent.

ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Our organization provides free dental care to children in the Northland of MO (near the Kansas City area) who do not have access to oral health services. Dental care services are provided by licensed dentists and assistants, in a school setting or social service agency, church or community location with ease of access.
We treat children up to 18 years of age and 75% of the treatment provided is fillings and extractions. All our patients receive a comprehensive exam, cleaning and x-rays. Your dental support puts smiles on the faces of children across the area!
You’ll have 2 dental assistants and all equipment, instruments and transportation will be provided by our organization.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Annual Comp of $150,000 (Salary plus quarterly bonus).
Professional liability insurance paid.
Seven weeks paid vacation.
Continuing Education allowance of $2,000 annually.
